Crazy Loco Glitch!

I would show the picture I took of it but I can't figure out how if anyone wants to help or really wants to see it can show me how!n OK! so I first came to the town with no bar on the bottom or map or anything, and everyone was invisible except they're clothes and names. so I waddled over to the Dock, same thing. The weirdest thing that happened was when I went to the beach after that and there was nothing but Moogasa! I couldn't even find a place to escape into a different room! NO LIE! this really did happen! I have proof! but I can't put it on like I said!
